Twenty-five years watching what numbers hide — and building the system that fixes what's underneath.
I spent most of my career in accounting, finance, tax, and municipal administration — the unglamorous work of understanding money at a level most people never see it.
Over those years, one pattern kept repeating. The people earning more weren't always building more. High income didn't reliably turn into wealth, or into peace. And the reason usually had nothing to do with effort, discipline, or intelligence. It was structure — or the absence of it.
Most financial advice is built for people who don't earn enough. But I kept meeting people who earned plenty and still felt behind, still felt anxious, still couldn't explain where it went. Traditional budgeting didn't reach them, because their problem was never really the budget. It was the behavior underneath it — and the systems that were never built to hold what they earned.
That's what the C.A.S.H. Reset™ addresses. Not another budget. A reset of the operating system underneath the money.
A cracked container leaks no matter what fills it. The quality of what goes in doesn't matter if the system isn't built to hold it.
